(Q) I am coming to the end of my marketing campaign with “Estateagentin”, can I extend the contract?
(A) You can extend for a further 1month, 3 months or 12 months.

(Q) Where will my Property be marketed?
(A) Your property will be listed on Rightmove and www.estateagentin.com for the duration of your contract.

(Q) What professional bodies are you members of?
(A) We are members of the OFT approved “The Property Ombudsman scheme”

(Q) Opening Times?
(A) 8am till 10.00pm 7 days a week.

(Q) What is the difference between using “Estateagentin” and a traditional High Street Estate Agent?

(Q) How do you value my property?
(A) Like all other estate agents we can offer a valuation guide price for you. This is done in exactly the same way as high street estate agents. We look at similar property prices in your area, actual sold prices and review movements in the property price indexes within your location. Other factors to be considered are extensions and improvements, quick sale required, limited equity in property or whatever is relevant to you. You are free to market your property at the price you feel appropriate.

(Q) What is an EPC?
(A) An EPC is an Energy Performance Certificate. You are required by law to have your home assessed by an authorised energy assessor before you can place your property on the market. Click here to instruct an EPC

(Q) Can I sell my property through “Estateagentin” if it is already on the market with another agent?
(A) Our contracts allow for multiple agency or sole agency with no termination fee at no extra cost. You may need to check with your existing Estate agent as they may charge you an additional fee.

(Q)What happens if someone wants to view my house?
(A) All enquiries regarding your property will be dealt with by “Estateagentin”. When you instruct us we will ask you your preferred viewing times and we will arrange all viewings directly with the potential buyer. All you need to do is show them around.

(Q) Will I get back feedback after viewings?
(A) Feedback will be provided after all viewings.

(Q) What happens if someone wants to make an offer for my home?
(A) We will inform you of all offers in writing and via the telephone. If the offer is lower than you were hoping we will negotiate to achieve a more appropriate offer.
